GE Building 66 Exterior

Scope:
Converted GE Building 66 from an industrial facility into a new battery manufacturing space and 60,000 sq. ft. of office space.
Key Features:
  • Installed new HVAC system with gas rooftop units and VAV (variable air volume) control zones.
  • Designed hot water plant and distribution system to serve reheat coils and fin radiation.
  • Added supplemental heating for high-loss areas with perimeter fin tube radiation and vestibule cabinet heaters.
Outcome:

Created a comfortable, energy-efficient office space within a converted manufacturing building, supporting GE’s new battery production operations.
