Scope:
Complete reconstruction of a 1972 apartment complex, reducing the number of units from 100 to 80 across 17 buildings. The redesign allowed for lower density, improved visibility, and enhanced security, resulting in a significantly improved quality of life for residents.

  • Mechanical/Electrical: High-efficiency gas furnaces with direct expansion air conditioning in each apartment; new electrical distribution system with individual metering.
  • Security: Exterior cameras, sensors, and site lighting to enhance safety.
  • Plumbing/Fire Protection: Water-conserving plumbing fixtures and NFPA 13R sprinkler coverage throughout.
